Microblading Foundation Training

Our two-day, hands-on intro to microblading course is designed to jump-start your career in the world of microblading. This course includes our training manual and a live demo of a full appointment on a live client. 

You will leave the academy with all the knowledge you need to become a successful microblading artist, including:

• The Madluvv Technique - the best technique for creating beautiful brows every time.
• Understanding skin (variations of texture and undertones)
• Proper handling and use of tools, products, and equipment during the procedure.
• Microblading safety, sanitation, sterilization, and documentation.
• How to design and tailor a perfect brow for all hair patterns and volumes.
• Prep and cleanup of the work station.
• Color theory.
• Creating perfect symmetry through the Madluvv shaping, stenciling, and string method.

Shipping Information

Orders placed by 3PM EST ship from our warehouse the same day and all orders typically ship within 24 hours.

Orders of $50 or more automatically receive Free Standard Shipping

During peak shopping season (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays, orders may take longer to leave our warehouse. 

If you need your order expedited we recommend choosing the Express Shipping option at checkout as these orders are shipped out first.

International Orders of USD$50 or greater automatically receive free USPS First Class Shipping

$10 USPS First Class International (7-14 Business Days; Please allow up to 21 business days during peak shopping season and holidays)

$40 DHL Worldwide is highly recommended (4-6 Business Days for most major destinations)

Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an updated tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to the destination. If your package says that it has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please give your local post office (not the 1-800 number) a call. They have access to exact GPS coordinates where your driver delivered the package, which can help you locate your package's whereabouts. Madluvv under no circumstances is responsible for lost or stolen packages once there has been a delivery confirmation for that tracking number we are unable to issue a refund of any kind. 

We suggest that the customer open a claim with USPS, as this may lead to the locating of a lost package.

International Shipping and Custom Duties and Fees

When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Stress Free Returns & Exchanges

If we make a mistake with your order or send a less-than-perfect product we will reship and replace your product. Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened for the safety and health of our employees. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Contact our customer care team at orders@madluvv.com and they can assist you. 

Refunds are contingent upon the company's reception of the unwanted Madluvv Product. Exchanges are dependent upon product availability.

Please note that there are no refunds on shipping fees under any circumstances since a shipping label was purchased by us in order to send the product.
