This luxury pigment line is comprised of 6 highly pigmented colors to ensure a flawless application and color retention. With the airless pump bottle your pigments will last longer and will reduce the amount of waste. You should expect to see 80-90% retention after first appointment if applied correctly.
Application
No modifying required. With 6 colors from the light to dark spectrum these pigments are designed so you don't have to modify them. If you would like to darken any of them we recommend using some of the Jet Black pigment or Darkest Brown to darken.
Can be used with:
- A manual blade
- Machine for ombre brows
- You do not need to thin the pigment to use in a machine. If you do we recommend using our shading solution.
- Each set includes 6 cruelty free colors ranging from light to dark on the brown spectrum and one black color that can be used to darken the eyebrow pigments or to use by itself as an eyeliner, scalp or other PMU or tattoo application.
Quality
The ingredients in this pigment line are comprised of a mixture of non-toxic synthetic and organic components made in the USA. These pigments are made with the highest quality ingredients.
We recommend to:
- Shake well before using
- To Darken any color use Jet Black or Darkest Brown
- Store in a cool, dry place

Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an updated tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to the destination. If your package says that it has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please give your local post office (not the 1-800 number) a call. They have access to exact GPS coordinates where your driver delivered the package, which can help you locate your package's whereabouts. Madluvv under no circumstances is responsible for lost or stolen packages once there has been a delivery confirmation for that tracking number we are unable to issue a refund of any kind.
We suggest that the customer open a claim with USPS, as this may lead to the locating of a lost package.
International Shipping and Custom Duties and Fees
When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Stress Free Returns & Exchanges
If we make a mistake with your order or send a less-than-perfect product we will reship and replace your product. Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened for the safety and health of our employees. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are contingent upon the company's reception of the unwanted Madluvv Product. Exchanges are dependent upon product availability.
Please note that there are no refunds on shipping fees under any circumstances since a shipping label was purchased by us in order to send the product.

The ONLY reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is, although the packaging AND pigmentation is amazing, I’m just not a fan of the ash color that’s included in the pigment kit. I would’ve preferred black. Otherwise, THIS will continue to be my choice of PMU product!
