Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional customer support. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily customer interactions, including email, CRM, and chat, as well as customer communication via social media comments and direct messages. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with customers via multiple software platforms to answer questions about their order, make changes to shipment details, update the products on their shipment, recommend products, and track shipments.
  • Provides top-notch customer support and ensures policies and procedures are followed.
  • Under limited supervision, relies on experience and exercises independent judgment to determine the best approach to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Chooses the proper course of action by interpreting procedures and policies.
  • Efficiently process and fulfill customer orders.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
  • Verifies and enters data into the computer system.
  • Maintains condition of work area.
  • Stocks product in designated location or locates to pull correct quantities to fulfill customer orders and meet productivity and accuracy goals.
  • May also complete tasks such as receiving, returns, inventory, order layout, and data entry.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience in customer service / support or similar roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to effectively perform independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Meta Commerce Manager, Facebook, Instagram, and CRM software a plus.
  • Warehouse experience a plus.
