I love the idea behind this product and honestly it was a real game changer for a bit!!! The only “issue” or reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I do wish there was more variety in eyebrow shapes/styles (I know they do come with quite a bit but a lot of them seem so similar) but mostly I don’t really like that when you untwist the cap, the “pomade” that’s underneath you’re supposed to swirl the cushiony applicator top into, there’s not nearly enough:( If you’re an every day makeup wearer or a frequent makeup wearer, then this is a little frustrating because it starts to make a small circle in the middle where you’re swirling the cushiony applicator into to get the product on so it’s not long before you’re wondering if you paid this money for the product amount, the innovative new way to save time, or what…I like it but I’m not sure I’d love to buy it again because I’m used to buying quality makeup that has a significant amount of product in it. I wish there were a way to add more!

Took a bit to receive order but once I emailed customer service they were quick with a response.( I think they were on back order for a while and just received supply). I received my order soon after. Great customer service.
