📦 Madluvv Shipping & Returns Policy
At Madluvv, we want you to love every product you receive. Below you’ll find our shipping and return guidelines to keep things clear and simple.
🚚 Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
- Carriers: All U.S. orders ship via USPS. International shipping rates and carriers vary by destination.
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is shipped.
🛡️ Shipping Protection
- Add Shipping Protection at checkout for $2.98.
- If your order is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, we’ll replace it at no cost when protection is purchased.
- Without protection, replacements are subject to USPS claim approval and may include a reshipment fee.
📬 Address Changes & Failed Deliveries
- Before shipping: Contact us right away to update your address (no charge).
- After shipping: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it for a $5 flat fee.
- International orders: Customers are responsible for any reshipment costs due to incorrect addresses, customs refusal, or unclaimed packages.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Here are your options:
1. Store Credit (Preferred Option)
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Receive store credit for the full product value with no return required and no fees.
- Fastest and easiest option.
2. Refund
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened and unused.
- A 20% restocking fee per item applies.
- Refunds do not include original shipping costs.
3. Exchanges
- If you’d like a different shade or product, contact us within 30 days.
- Exchanges follow our Satisfaction Policy — we’ll send a replacement, and you just cover a small shipping fee.
📦 Lost or Missing Packages
Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
- Wait 24 hours to see if it arrives.
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
- If still missing, contact us within 30 days of the delivery scan and we’ll assist with a USPS case.
Lost in Transit
- With Shipping Protection → free replacement.
- Without protection → we’ll file a USPS claim; once approved, we can reship for a $5 flat fee.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of expected delivery.
