Due to COVID-19 we have reduced the number of employees in our fulfillment center to ensure the health and safety of our employees. Orders may take a few days to leave our warehouse but should still arrive with in the estimated delivery window! If you need your order expedited we recommend choosing the Priority Shipping option at checkout as these orders are shipped out first.

Orders of $225+ automatically receive free USPS First Class Shipping
Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an updated tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to the destination. If your package says that it has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please give your local post office (not the 1-800 number) a call. They have access to exact GPS coordinates where your driver delivered the package, which can help you locate your package's whereabouts. Madluvv under no circumstances is responsible for lost or stolen packages once there has been a delivery confirmation for that tracking number we are unable to issue a refund of any kind.
We suggest that the customer open a claim with USPS, as this may lead to the locating of a lost package.
International Shipping: When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses.
Stress Free Returns & Exchanges
If we make a mistake with your order, send a less-than-perfect product, or you're just not 100% happy, we will refund your full purchase on all unopened and new products. Due to the nature of our products we can not accept returns for products that have been opened for the safety and health of our employees. We can only accept returns on new unopened items. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer care team and we'll complete the return.
Refunds are contingent upon the company's reception of the unwanted Madluvv Product. Exchanges are dependent upon product availability.
