Shipping Information

Orders ship from Phoenix, AZ Monday through Friday. All orders received Monday through Friday before 12PM EST ship the same day. If you place an order after 12PM EST your order will ship the next business day. Our goal is to get you your package ASAP!

For orders shipping within the US, we offer:

• $5 Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)
• $6.26 Fast Shipping (3-4 Business Days + Prioritized Packaging)
• $27 Faster Shipping (2 Business Days + Prioritized Packaging)
• $48 Fastest Shipping (1 Business Day + Prioritized Packaging)
• US Orders of $60+ receive Free Standard Shipping

For international orders, we offer:

• $12 USPS First Class International (7-14 Business Days; Please allow up to 21 business days during peak shopping seasons and holidays)
• $55 DHL Worldwide is highly recommended (4-6 Business Days for most major destinations)
• International Orders of $75+ receive Free USPS First Class Shipping

Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an updated tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to the destination.

If your package says that it has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please give your local post office (not the 1-800 number) a call. They have access to exact GPS coordinates where your driver delivered the package, which can help you locate your package's whereabouts. Madluvv under no circumstances is responsible for lost or stolen packages once there has been a delivery confirmation for that tracking number we are unable to issue a refund of any kind.

We suggest that the customer open a claim with USPS, as this may lead to the locating of a lost package.

International Customs Fees: The customer is responsible for any customs expenses. When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States.
