    Awesome products!

    Loved it! Definitely gave me more definition and happy I purchased this along side the brown stamp! Wish I found these products sooner is all I can say! Using define me and brow stamp in taupe in both pictures!

    Brow Highlighter

    First one I received was dried out and not working. Contacted customer service @madluvv and they sent me a new one right away. The only con to the replacement was that I had to pay shipping cost for a product that I already paid shipping for. Not very good business.

We're glad our customer support team was able to promptly resolve the issue by sending you a replacement! However, we regret the inconvenience of you having to pay another shipping charge. Of course it's optional, but we suggest purchasing 'shipping protection' in case situations like this happen (for example, your product arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit).
