What if I order the wrong color of Brow Stamp Kit?
Be confident in your Madluvv purchase with our great Color Match Guarantee on Brow Stamp™ Kits. There's no need to worry about purchasing the wrong color. If you are not fully satisfied with a product in your kit, we will cover the cost of the new brow stamp in a different color, you'll just cover the shipping fee! How long does it take to apply?
Our Brow Stamp™ Kit was created for you to spend just SECONDS on your eyebrows. In 3 easy steps, you will have two perfectly symmetrical eyebrows.
How long does the color last once applied?
The Brow Stamp™ pomade will last all day without having to touch up! The formulation is smudge-proof, water-resistant, and long-wearing (even on your most oily days). It goes on smoothly to skin and hair and dries to a matte finish.
How can I match the stencil to my face?
Each kit includes 9 brow stencils so you have options for short, regular, or long brows as well as shapes for thin brows or full. To find your perfect stencil shape, simply hold each stencil up to your eyebrow. When the tail end, arch, and front of your eyebrow are aligned, or close to aligning, with the stencil cut-out then that is the shape for you!
What color is best for me?
We are happy to help shade match you. Our clean-ingredient brow stamp formulation comes in 9 shades. Is the brow stamp tested on animals?
Madluvv's Brow Stamp™ is certified by PETA for being cruelty-free, never tested on animals, and we are also Sephora Clean.
What is your return policy?
If we make a mistake with your order or send a less-than-perfect product we will reship and replace your product. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept return for products that have been opened for the safety and health of our employees.
However, we have a satisfaction policy and offer a variety of stencils and brow stamp shades that may work better for you. We would be happy to send these to you, and you would only need to cover the small shipping fee. Please contact our customer care team at orders@madluvv.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
