Madluvv was founded by Maddie Thompson, who faced the challenge of juggling her roles as a wife, mom, and business owner while trying to perfect her makeup routine. As a makeup artist who specialized in eyebrows, she noticed that many women weren't taught how to shape their brows professionally, and saw an opportunity to simplify the process. Maddie invented the Madluvv Brow Stamp to take the guesswork out of cosmetics and allow women to create the perfect brow anytime and anywhere, in seconds, using the included collection of stencils.

The kit comes with 6 stencil shapes to ensure the perfect brow every time, along with a spoolie brush and on-the-go zipper pouch.

The Brow Stamp is formulated to be smudge-proof and water-resistant, ensuring that your brows stay intact throughout the day, no matter what activities you engage in. Whether you go for a workout or participate in other activities, your brows will remain in place and look great.

Certainly! We offer 4 additional eyebrow stencil sets that you can purchase separately, including stencils for achieving the popular fox-eyed look as well as stencils for thinner brows.

The Brow Stamps are designed with a protective first layer to preserve the quality of the product. To ensure the best results, we recommend twisting/rolling the sponge applicator into the pigment cap a few times to break up that layer and to get more pigment onto the sponge. This should help with any dryness you may have experienced.

The duration for which a brow stamp lasts depends on the frequency of its usage. If you use the brow stamp every day, it will typically last for about 60 days. However, if you use it less frequently, such as every other day or a few times a week, it can last for approximately 90 days. To ensure that you never run out of brows, the suggestion is to sign up for the Autoship & Save program offered by the company where you will receive refills of your choice of frequency right to your doorstep, and as a bonus, you'll also enjoy free shipping on every refill. This way, we will take care of the hassle for you, making sure you never go a day without perfect brows.

From there, select 'address and payment details' to update your shipping information. If you need to delay your upcoming autoshipment, you can do so by logging in to your Madluvv account and going to the 'manage subscriptions' tab. Absolutely! We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to cancel your order. If we receive and review your cancellation request before your order is fulfilled, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. Yes, we are happy to accept payment via your Madluvv gift card or voucher. Simply enter the gift card or voucher code at checkout, and the amount will be deducted from your order total.

We gladly accept orders from international customers and offer currency exchange options. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional fees and customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Madluvv offers a range of shipping options for US domestic orders including standard shipping for $5.00, expedited shipping for $12.00, and overnight shipping for $48. For international orders, we offer shipping for $10.

We typically do not require a signature for delivery. Your package will most likely be placed in your mailbox or at your doorstep without the need for a signature.

Our international shipping typically takes between 7-14 business days for delivery, but it can take up to 21 full business days in some cases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened/used products. However, we have a satisfaction policy and offer a variety of stencils and brow stamp shades that may work better for you.
