Stress Free Returns & Exchanges

If we make a mistake with your order or send a less-than-perfect product we will reship and replace your product. Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened for the safety and health of our employees. We do offer a great Satisfaction Policy here. Contact our customer care team at orders@madluvv.com and they can assist you. 

Please note that there are no refunds on shipping fees under any circumstances since a shipping label was purchased in order to send the product.
