What is it: A retractable (twist-up), ultra black long-wear pencil eyeliner that doesn't budge or transfer. How we use it:
- Apply in the waterline, or close to the base of lashes.
- Take the eyeliner brush and apply liner to the tip of the brush. Follow the upper lash line and add an optional wing for impact.

    The best eyeliner I ever used

    This is the second time I’ve ordered this eyeliner because it’s that good!! Im a laborer & painter, I also do construction cleanup. I put this eyeliner on in the morning and I go to the gym after work so I sweat and this stuff stays on!
