If we make a mistake with your order or send a less-than-perfect product we will reship and replace your product. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept return for products that have been opened for the safety and health of our employees.
However, we have a satisfaction policy and offer a variety of stencils and brow stamp shades that may work better for you. It took me a few tries to master the skill of this stamp kit - but I did! And I love it! I highly recommend this kit over eyebrow pencils that I have used for years. So, if you hate doing your brows like I did, try this stamp kit. A couple tips - raise your head to your light, hold the stencil tight against your eyebrow and then stamp firmly.
