If we make a mistake with your order or send a less-than-perfect product we will reship and replace your product. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept return for products that have been opened for the safety and health of our employees.
However, we have a satisfaction policy and offer a variety of stencils and brow stamp shades that may work better for you. I over tweezed when I was younger and now my brows are disappearing. I have tried drawing hairs in but I can't make them look good. The stamp works best for me.

I love using this on my eyebrows. I wish this would have been around before I got mine microblade. The lady that did mine is lucky I didn't sue her. I didn't know until the last visit for the touch up. She tells me "just so you know the microblade ink wouldn't take so I had to tattoo them on 🤦♀️" I was so stunned I didn't know how to react. The only thing is, I might need to change the color to medium brown.
