If we make a mistake with your order or send a less-than-perfect product we will reship and replace your product. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept return for products that have been opened for the safety and health of our employees.
However, we have a satisfaction policy and offer a variety of stencils and brow stamp shades that may work better for you. My daughter encouraged me to buy this as she uses every day with much success. I got it and I LOVE it! It took me several attempts to get the hang of it . . . still challenged, however, with holding the stencil secure and in place. When I was young I had beautiful, thick brows, then plucked the heck out of them. With this stamp, and a gray eyebrow pencil, I finally have my eyebrows back and it makes me look so much younger! You now have a fan for life! First picture: brows and no makeup; second picture: with makeup and glasses on (but hair wasn’t styled yet!) P.S. Product color is actually Light Grey, NOT Near Black!
