If we make a mistake with your order or send a less-than-perfect product we will reship and replace your product. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept return for products that have been opened for the safety and health of our employees.
However, we have a satisfaction policy and offer a variety of stencils and brow stamp shades that may work better for you. This is my third order of this product so I guess I really like it. This soft brown is the perfect color for me. Great to use when you’re in a hurry. It goes on fast and with a few run throughs with a spoolly it looks more like real brows.
