If we make a mistake with your order or send a less-than-perfect product we will reship and replace your product. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept return for products that have been opened for the safety and health of our employees.
However, we have a satisfaction policy and offer a variety of stencils and brow stamp shades that may work better for you. I had seen this brow stamp ad on IG for a long time and finally decided to order it, and it did not disappoint. It was straight forward to find the matching stencil for my brows and any concerns I had about the stamp smearing during application were relieved. Easy application, no smearing, even after getting sweaty after 20 minutes in the sauna, and no smearing after sleeping. I highly recommend Madluv Brie stencils as an alternative to expensive microblading.
