If we make a mistake with your order or send a less-than-perfect product we will reship and replace your product. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept return for products that have been opened for the safety and health of our employees.
However, we have a satisfaction policy and offer a variety of stencils and brow stamp shades that may work better for you. I am a thin eyebrow girlie. I love the stamp because it's easy and adds volume seamlessly with the stencil. I use this to guide how I create my brows daily. I am a brown-skinned person with lots of red undertones. I can thank my Latin and West Indian heritage for that. Finding a color is always challenging because even the chocolate shades are too dark for me and show as black instead of brown. The auburn shows up as brown on me. Perfection!
